Over the last decade, I have worked in a variety of roles. Helping others reach their full potential, providing support during life’s hardest moments, and empowering people to live a meaningful life have always been at the core of what I do.
I’m passionate about working collaboratively to make positive changes in your life. We will utilize skills-building interventions to learn new coping strategies, make behavioral changes, and process through difficult & BIG emotions. We will learn practical skills that clients and caregivers can use in their daily life to build long-lasting change. We will embrace client’s strengths and abilities to promote resilience.
